Worked a 12 hour shift and decided to go through a drive through to grab food so I could go home a relax. I got a container of coleslaw frozen solid after waiting in line for over 30mins. The half gallon of sweet tea had the label ripped off and was wet on the outside.

Terrible service everytime I go to this Bojangles. Waited 23 minutes for chicken tenders and 2 butter biscuits. Consistently gets my order wrong or items are not in the bag. Love Bojangles food but You sure could use a lesson from Chick Fil A in customer service.
